Wayne Alarm is with you ... before ... during ... and after an alarm occurs – and we can prove it! Each time your alarm system sends a signal to our central station, a record of the event is created, tracking the time as well as details of the response from our central station monitoring team. The log of our response demonstrates how we take appropriate action and verify the progress till the situation has been resolved and you feel secure.
 
Presented here is just a recent sampling of some of these events that will show you not only how our central station works but also the professionalism of our dispatchers.



Residence - Fire Alarm

Stow, Ma

  • 05:46:36am – Monitoring center receives Fire alarm.
  • 05:46:40am – Operator calls premise – resident requests dispatch
  • 05:46:56am – Operator dispatches fire department.
  • 06:43:18am – Operator receives follow up information from fire department – Faulty oil burner caused alarm & residents are ventilating area. 
 
Residence - Medical Alert

Norton, MA

  • 07:11:28pm – Monitoring center receives Medical alarm.
  • 07:11:30pm – Operator speaks to resident over 2way voice module – Resident states she is having trouble breathing.
  • 07:11:44pm – Operator notifies Norton Emergency that Ambulance is needed.
  • 07:13:10pm – Operator notifies call list person of medical emergency & dispatch – responder in route.
 
Residence - CO Gas Alarm

Lincoln, Ma.

  • 02:40:38am – Monitoring center receives a CO Gas alarm.
  • 02:40:44am – Operator calls premise - resident states he smells fumes in the basement and requests dispatch.
  • 02:41:28am – Operator dispatches fire department.
  • 03:07:20am – Operator receives follow up information from fire department Gas Line problem at burner in basement cause of alarm.
 
Business - Burglar Alarm

Boston, Ma.

  • 07:22:42pm – Monitoring center receives burglar alarm.
  • 07:22:44pm – Operator places call to premise to verify alarm–answering machine.
  • 07:23:24pm – Operator notifies private security company listed of alarm.
  • 07:24:10pm – Operator places call to 1st call list person – line busy.
  • 07:24:30pm – Operator places call to 2nd call list person – voice mail.
  • 07:24:46pm – Operator places call to 3rd call list person – voice mail.
  • 07:25:24pm – Operator places call to 4th call list person – line busy.
  • 07:40:06pm – Monitoring center receives follow up information that broken window was found and security at site with police and subscriber investigating.
  • 08:23:02pm – Monitoring center receives update from subscriber-police apprehended person who broke in with stolen property from this and other locations in his possession.

  • 12:09:32pm – Monitoring center receives Hold Up alarm.
  • 12:09:42pm – Operator dispatches Police.
  • 12:13:28pm – Operator leaves message for security officer to notify of alarm.
  • 12:14:34pm – Operator notifies security officer of hold up alarm received.
  • 12:51:58pm – Monitoring center receives follow up information from police-attempted robbery and suspect was obtained.
 
Business - Panic Alarm

Beverly, Ma

  • 02:24:08pm – Monitoring center receives Panic alarm.
  • 02:24:10pm – Operator dispatches Beverly police.
  • 02:25:14pm – Operator notifies Business Security officer.
  • 02:26:06pm – Monitoring center receives follow up information from police-actual hold up occurred.
 
Business - Hold Up Alarm

Raynham, Ma

  • 01:09:40am – Monitoring center receives Hold Up alarm.
  • 01:09:46am – Operator dispatches Raynham police.
  • 01:21:00am – Monitoring center receives follow up information from police – actual armed robbery Knife shown.
  • 01:21:54am – Operator calls 1st responder and leaves message on answering machine.
  • 01:22:44am – Operator calls 2nd responder and leaves message on answering machine.
  • 01:23:58am – Operator calls 3rd responder and leaves message on answering machine,
  • 01:24:50am – Operator calls 4th responder and notifies of alarm dispatch and follow up.
